Professional Biography

Building Systems that Survive Reality

I am a Senior Full Stack Engineer with more than two decades in the field. My foundation started in hardware, moved into large-scale cloud infrastructure, and now includes artificial intelligence agents in regulated environments.

Hardware Roots

My career did not start in a text editor. It started with a screwdriver. At 11, I took apart an Intel 486. Understanding how electricity became computation shaped how I think: systems are not magic, they are stacked layers of abstraction that can, and will, fail.

That root-cause mindset is what I apply today when investigating memory leaks in Kubernetes clusters or latency in distributed databases.

The Move into Corporate Scale

IBM gave me corporate discipline. Locaweb gave me infrastructure. UOL put me in front of high-traffic pressure. As Tech Lead and hands-on CTO at companies such as Ingresse and CRM&BONUS, I led teams through everything from massive ticketing bursts to microservice orchestration for loyalty platforms at continental scale.

Non-negotiable Principles

Observability First

If logs and metrics are not clear, the system is not production-ready.

Platform is One Discipline

Frontend, backend, and infrastructure are facets of the same product. Technical silos create debt.

AI Requires Engineering

AI agents without state control through RAG and boundaries through MCP are dangerous demos.

Operational Continuity

Refactors happen while the plane is flying. The business does not stop.
